Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 8, 2026. This policy forms part of our terms and applies to accounts, model requests, uploads, storefront listings and digital delivery.
Business scope and current availability
FounderHooks sells an original USD 99 downloadable SaaS source kit. The purchase does not include AI inference credits, third-party accounts, API resale or guaranteed merchant approval. A separate hosted-store beta lets owners list their own authorized digital products and configure their own merchant accounts; the FounderHooks Waffo account is not used to collect those stores’ sales. Model resources and experimental playground interfaces are separate from the source-kit purchase.
Prohibited content — six explicit categories
1. Sexual / NSFW content
Do not create, upload, request or distribute pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence / gore
Do not create or distribute graphic injury, gore, torture, or content promoting violence or providing instructions to harm people.
3. Hate speech
Do not promote hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, and synthetic depictions of such content are strictly prohibited.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation of real people
Do not create or distribute deceptive deepfakes or impersonate a real person, including cloned faces or voices used without permission. Do not misrepresent a person’s identity, actions, consent or endorsement.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement
Do not generate, upload, sell or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property. Have the necessary rights to all inputs, source code, products and brand assets; do not bypass licenses or sell counterfeit goods.
Content moderation and generation controls
Generation requests pass through a shared server-side safety gate before any inference call, including direct API requests. The gate is designed to screen the complete input with Waffo Prompt Screening in enforced semantic mode and proceeds only on an explicit allowed, successfully scored verdict. Missing credentials, timeouts, errors, review or blocked verdicts stop generation. Live screening credentials are not yet configured, so new generation requests currently stop at this gate. We do not claim that a live screening integration has been certified.
We use manual review of reported content and storefront listings, investigate credible abuse reports, and remove or restrict violating material we control. Prompt screening alone does not verify rights or inspect every image, audio or video output. Additional media/output controls must be validated before those capabilities are opened; users may not bypass safeguards.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and repetition, we may reject a request, remove a listing or hosted file, unpublish a store, suspend an API key or account, revoke access, or terminate service. Severe exploitation, abuse or illegal activity may lead to immediate suspension and referral to relevant authorities where required. We do not currently sell AI credits, so there is no AI-credit forfeiture program. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights remain governed by the sales terms and applicable requirements. If you believe a restriction is wrong, email support with the relevant request, order or store identifier and a factual explanation; we will manually review it.
Report a violation
Email support@founderhooks.com with the subject “Content safety report”. Include the page/store URL or request/order ID, the relevant category, a short explanation and evidence you may lawfully share. Do not attach or forward CSAM, private credentials or payment-card details. Reports are reviewed manually; we assess urgency, restrict access where appropriate, investigate, and respond through the reporting email when possible.
