Product, delivery and license
FounderHooks is operated by Qiaowei Yi. The SaaS Kit is a USD 99 one-time digital source-code purchase, not a subscription. Checkout is currently awaiting merchant approval. The price and any applicable tax are shown before payment. The purchased version includes a Cloudflare Workers application, D1 migrations, private R2 downloads, payment adapters and AI deployment instructions. After server-side payment confirmation, sign in at kit.founderhooks.com to download your versioned ZIP. Download links expire after five minutes and can be renewed from your account.
Permitted use and limits
You may modify the purchased source and deploy it for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell or publicly publish the kit source as a competing template or downloadable bundle. If you materially breach these restrictions, including unauthorized redistribution or resale, we may terminate your license and account access, require you to stop use and delete your copies, and pursue remedies available under applicable law. You may contact support to dispute a termination. Third-party dependencies retain their own licenses. Hosting, AI usage and payment-provider fees are separate. You must use your own accounts and credentials. Merchant approval, earnings, future upgrades and custom development are not guaranteed or included. The prerelease does not include email verification, password recovery, subscription billing or automated tax configuration.
Refund policy
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@founderhooks.com with your order ID and reason. We offer a full refund within this period, including if you have downloaded the kit. For duplicate charges, undelivered files or material defects, contact us even after this period so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Refunds revoke download access and the kit license; stop using and delete your copies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy
For the Kit we process your email, hashed password, session records, orders, payment references, download entitlements and security logs to operate your account, deliver purchases, prevent abuse and support you. Cloudflare hosts the Kit application, database and files; Vercel hosts this marketing site. The configured payment provider processes checkout and card details; we do not store full card numbers. Essential session cookies and local language/theme preferences are used. The storefront designer saves a brand and product draft only in your browser when you choose Save; it does not provision a store or reserve a domain. Exported briefs are files downloaded to your device. If you create a hosted store in the separate Kit workspace, Cloudflare stores the store profile, policy text, uploaded releases and store orders. Merchant credentials are encrypted on the server; published profiles, policies and active product descriptions are public. Records are retained as needed for service delivery, dispute handling and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained.
