Start with your own accounts
Prepare a Cloudflare account, a domain you control, Node.js 22.13 or later, and Codex or Claude. The kit does not include cloud credits, AI credits, or an approved payment merchant account.
- Keep credentials in local secret files or platform secret storage.
- Do not copy the seller’s Cloudflare identifiers or merchant details.
Run the project locally
Open the downloaded version and read START-HERE.md and AGENTS.md. Follow the launch-saas skill. Install dependencies with npm ci, initialize with npm run setup:local, and start with npm run dev. The kit’s own documentation is the source of truth for your version.
- Check registration, login, product views, and admin access.
- Run the provided payment and security checks before deployment.
Configure storage and payment
Create your own D1 database and private R2 bucket. Fill in your resource IDs in wrangler.jsonc, apply the migrations, and configure ADMIN_PASSWORD and ENCRYPTION_KEY as secrets. Use separate test and live merchant configurations.
- Upload a versioned ZIP and map the product to the provider’s product or price ID.
- Test the signature, amount, currency, payment confirmation, and refunds.
- Do not enable a channel until its required live verification is complete.
Deploy, then verify as a buyer
Deploy to your own Cloudflare resources, connect your domain, and configure the exact webhook URL shown in your admin workspace. Check the buyer’s complete journey before offering the product publicly.
- A confirmed payment unlocks only the purchased version.
- Expired links and another user’s session cannot access the file.
- Refunds revoke the associated download entitlement.
- Keep the current release and a rollback plan.
Give this brief to your AI
Add the details of your actual project, then continue with Codex or Claude.
Read START-HERE.md and AGENTS.md. Follow skills/launch-saas/SKILL.md using my own Cloudflare and merchant accounts. Run the local checks, report missing configuration, and verify the buyer flow before deployment. Never invent merchant approvals or reuse someone else’s business details.
