Compare the same kind of service
An individual subscription, a shared account, an API credit balance, and a redemption offer are different products. A lower sticker price does not tell you which one you will receive.
- Confirm the plan, duration, region, account eligibility, and usage limits.
- Check whether you own the account and can keep access.
Separate subscription duration from warranty
A listing for many months of service may offer only a short delivery warranty. Ask what happens if the subscription is revoked later, and whether replacement or a prorated refund is provided.
- Record refund exclusions before paying.
- Confirm automated versus manual delivery and support hours.
Treat resale as a separate agreement
A retail purchase does not automatically include reseller rights. Before listing a supplier’s service in your own store, obtain clear authorization and agree on fulfillment and refund responsibilities.
- Verify the supply source, bulk price, inventory, and delivery interface.
- Check that your payment provider accepts the product category.
- Keep your customer promise within the supplier’s actual support scope.
Test a small purchase before scaling
Use an eligible account, keep the order and written terms, and verify the delivered benefits. Calculate the full cost of support, failed fulfillment, refunds, and provider fees. A successful first delivery is not proof of long-term reliability.
- FounderHooks does not currently sell third-party account top-ups or guarantee external suppliers.
